Terms and Conditions
Welcome to C++ and GUI Programming Bootcamp! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling. By registering for the bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Enrollment and Payment
- Eligibility: This bootcamp is designed for absolute beginners with no prior C++ & GUI programming experience. Participants must be 15 years old or older.
- Confirmed Participant: To secure your spot, you must complete the online registration form and submit the required payment.
- Payment:
- The bootcamp fee is 290 JOD per participant.
- Payment can be made via CliQ, or Bank Transfer.
- Full payment must be received 3 days before the bootcamp start date ; no instalment plans are allowed.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the forfeiture of your spot.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Participant:
- If you cancel your enrollment 1 day or more before the bootcamp start date, you will receive a 100% refund of the bootcamp fee paid.
- If you cancel on the start date, or after the bootcamp has commenced, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Cancellation by Arabotics:
- Arabotics reserves the right to cancel the bootcamp due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason.
- In the event of cancellation by Arabotics before the bootcamp commences, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
- Arabotics will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel, transportation, or accommodation expenses.
- Transfer of Enrollment: Enrollment is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual without the prior written consent of Arabotics.
3. Bootcamp Structure and Content
- Schedule: The bootcamp runs three days a week, four hours a day, for two months, as outlined in the bootcamp schedule. Arabotics reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule or content if necessary.
- Curriculum: While the core curriculum is as described on our website, Arabotics may make reasonable adjustments to the content to enhance the learning experience or adapt to technological changes.
- Instructor: Arabotics will provide qualified instructors for the bootcamp. Instructor changes may occur without prior notice.
- Materials: Participants will be provided with access to necessary learning materials, which may include digital resources, code examples, and exercises. These materials are for personal use during the bootcamp and are not to be redistributed.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions will not be re-taught, and no refunds will be given for missed attendance.
- Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a computer that meets the minimum specifications for the development environment (as advised by Arabotics).
- Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the bootcamp without refund.
- Intellectual Property: All curriculum materials, code examples, and content provided by Arabotics are the intellectual property of Arabotics or its licensors. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: While Arabotics is committed to providing high-quality training, we do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes upon completion of the bootcamp.
- "As Is" Basis: The bootcamp and all related materials are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, Arabotics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your participation in the bootcamp.
6. Privacy
- Data Collection: Arabotics will collect and process personal data provided during registration in accordance with applicable Jordanian data protection laws. This data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your enrollment and participation in the bootcamp.
- Communication: By enrolling, you agree to receive communications from Arabotics regarding the bootcamp, including updates, reminders, and relevant information.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by the competent courts in Amman, Jordan.
8. Amendments to Terms
- Arabotics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the bootcamp will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Information about the location of the venue: the location of the venue will be sent to confirmed participants via their email before the start date.
